Some Peaceful Preachings of the Prophet Mohammed 750 Ibn Ishaq
One of the earliest collections of hadith was written in 750 Ibn Ishaq. It is one of the earliest surviving collections of the Muslim oral tradition of the sayings of Mohammed and his followers. Here are a few selections from it:
"Our onslaught will not be a weak faltering affair. We shall fight as long as we live. We will fight until you turn to Islam, humbly seeking refuge. We will fight not caring whom we meet. We will fight whether we destroy ancient holdings or newly gotten gains. We have mutilated every opponent. We have driven them violently before us at the command of Allah and Islam. We will fight until our religion is established. And we will plunder them, for they must suffer disgrace."
"Crushing the heads of the infidels and splitting their skulls with sharp swords, we continually thrust and cut at the enemy. Blood gushed from their deep wounds as the battle wore them down. We conquered bearing the Prophet’s fluttering war banner. Our cavalry was submerged in rising dust, and our spears quivered, but by us the Prophet gained victory."
"Get out of his way, you infidel unbelievers. Every good thing goes with the Apostle. Lord, I believe in his word. We will fight you about its interpretations as we have fought you about its revelation with strokes that will remove heads from shoulders and make enemies of friends."

Muslim Leaders Condemnations Cause Violence
MOHAMED SHEIKH NOR, Associated Press Writer
MOGADISHU, Somalia - An Italian nun was shot dead at a hospital by Somali gunmen Sunday, hours after a leading Muslim cleric condemned Pope Benedict XVI'.
The nun, who was not immediately identified, was shot in the back at S.O.S. Hospital in northern Mogadishu by two gunmen, said Mohamed Yusuf, a doctor at the facility, which serves mothers and children. The nun's bodyguard and a hospital worker were also killed, doctors said.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack, and it was not clear if it was directly linked to the pope's comments. Two people had been arrested, said Yusuf Mohamed Siad, head of security for the Islamic militia that controls Mogadishu.
Earlier Sunday, a Somali cleric criticized the comments the pope made in a speech last week for offending Muslims. The pope had cited the words of a Byzantine emperor who characterized some of the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, Islam's founder, as "evil and inhuman."
"The pope's statement at this time was not only wrong but irresponsible as well," said Sheik Nor Barud, deputy leader of the Somali Muslim Scholars Association.
"Both the Pope and the Byzantine Emperor he quoted are ignorant of Islam and it is noble Prophet," he told journalists at a news conference in the capital Mogadishu.
Vatican spokesman Rev. Federico Lombardi called the nun's slaying "a horrible episode," the Italian news agency ANSA said. "Let's hope that it will be an isolated fact."
Lombardi indicated the shooting could be related to the uproar over the pope's remarks.
"We are following with concern the consequences of this wave of hate, hoping that it does not lead to grave consequences for the church in the world," he was quoted as saying.
Benedict apologized earlier Sunday for the angry reaction to his remarks, which he said came from a text that didn't reflect his personal opinion.
Witnesses also said the shooting and the pope's comments appeared to be linked.
"These gunmen always look for white people to kill, and now the pope gave them the reason to do their worst," said Mohamud Durguf Derow, who was at the scene when the nun was killed.
The nun, who spoke fluent Somali, was believed to be around 60 and had been working at the hospital since 2002, said witnesses at the hospital on condition of anonymity for fear of reprisals.
Somalia has been without an effective central government since warlords overthrew it's longtime dictator in 1991 and divided the nation into fiefdoms. The Islamic fundamentalists have stepped into the vacuum as an alternative military and political power.
The current interim government was established two years ago with the support of the
United Nations but has failed to assert any power outside its base in Baidoa, 150 miles from Mogadishu.
The Islamic group, which seized the capital and much of southern Somalia this summer, is credited with bringing a semblance of order to the country after years of anarchy, but some of its leaders have been linked to al-Qaida and there are fears of an emerging Taliban-style regime.
Associated Press writers Salad Duhul and Mohamed Ali in Mogadishu and Mohamed Olad Hassan in Baidoa also contributed to this report.

Words Cause Violence in the Muslim World
Palestinians attacked five churches in the West Bank and Gaza.
AN Iraqi armed group has threatened to carry out attacks against Rome and the Vatican in retaliation for Pope Benedict XVI's remarks on Islam, according to a statement posted on the internet today.
Afghanistan's Taliban on Saturday demanded Pope Benedict XVI to apologise for remarks linking Islam with violence, adding the comment showed the Christian West was waging war against Muslims.
A Somali cleric associated with the Islamist movement in that country has called on Muslims to "hunt down and kill" Pope Benedict XVI for his comments about Islam.
Arab op-ed: Pope’s remarks may lead to war- Recap of Op-Ed's from Arabs worldwide.
Who's racist? Who calls for violence? Who's actions are violent? Who are they calling for violence against? Who calls for collective punishment?

Harvard Students All Too Willing to be Deceived
This story is from the following site: http://www.dinocrat.com/archives/2006/09/13/taqiyah-at-harvard-when-a-mullah-calls-an-undertaker-is-sure-to-follow/
Taqiyah at Harvard: “When a mullah calls, an undertaker is sure to follow”
The former president of the Islamic Republic — Hojat al-Islam wa al-Moslemeen Sayyed Muhammad Khatami — practiced Shiite religious deception, Taqiyah, in front of Harvard students, many of whom apparently ate it up. Amir Taheri has a brilliant piece in which he used his ability to speak Persian to point out the Iranian’s disgusting behavior:
[Khatami] decided to “edit” his name to cut a less outlandish image with his American interlocutors. Gone was the title Hojat al-Islam wa al-Moslemeen (”Proof of Islam and of Muslims”) and the sobriquet of Sayyed (”master”) used by those who claim to be descendants of the Prophet Muhammad. Throughout, he presented himself as former president of “Iran,” rather than of the Islamic Republic - although, legally speaking, there is no state known as Iran. He also insisted on describing himself as hich-kareh - someone with no official position at all - hiding the fact that he is a member of at least 11 organs of the Islamic Republic, including the all-important Assembly of Experts.
Khatami altered more than his identity: He edited Islam into a lovey-dovey cult that abhors the use of force, is uncomfortable with capital punishment, would never fight except in self-defense and actively welcomes other faiths….He used a vocabulary carefully designed to hoodwink the Americans without angering his fellow Khomeinists back home. The trick was reinforced by the fact that he often said one thing in Persian, while the interpreter said something else in English for the benefit of the Harvard audience.
For example, Khatami would speak of khoshunat, which means “roughness,” but the interpreter would translate it into “violence” or even “terror.” Thus, the Harvard audience would think that Khatami admits that there may be terrorism in the realm of Islam - while back in Tehran, he would appear talking only about “roughness” and “coercion.”
In Persian, he would speak of “sodomy,” but the Harvard audience would hear “gay sex.” Referring to the leader of al Qaeda, he would say “that gentleman” (Aan Agha) in Persian, but the interpreter would say “Osama bin Laden.”…
Khatami was also in total denial about the bloody history of his eight years as president. There was no mention of the 1,347 men and women executed during his two terms. And when it came to the murder of intellectuals and journalists by his henchmen, he pretended that other organs of the Islamic Republic had been responsible, without his knowledge. An Iranian student raised the murder of Iranian-Canadian journalist Zahra Kazemi - and Khatami, with a broad smile, said he wasn’t quite sure how the poor woman had died in one of his prisons.
The worthies at Harvard are interresed in a “dialogue” with Iran. But how can there be a dialogue if one side is willfully unable to understand what the other side is saying, and the other side is all-too-willing to deceive those who would be deceived.

They Want Terrorism Redefined...Hmmm
By VANESSA ARRINGTON,
Iran, Syria, North Korea and more than 100 other nations are pushing to broaden the world's definition of "terrorism" to include the U.S. occupation of Iraq and the Israeli invasion of Lebanon.
But not the Hizbollah/Lebanon invasion into Israel which not only was the aggressor but resulted in the kidnapping and murder of several Israeli soldiers which to date have still not been heard from.
Converging on Fidel Castro's communist Cuba for a summit this week, members of the Nonaligned Movement complain of a double standard: powerful nations like the United States and Israel decide for the world who the terrorists are, but face no punishment for their own acts of aggression.
I'm sorry but...is this an admission of guilt? They mention the term double standard which means "an ethical or moral code that applies more strictly to one group than to another" but in order to apply a double standard there must be an action to apply it to. Hmmm.
A draft of the group's joint declaration condemns "terrorism in all its forms," especially violence that targets civilians.
OH really! From September 27, 2000-October 30, 2002 80% of Israelis killed by terrorism were noncombatants most of them were women and girls. In fact, female fatalities on the Israeli side out numbered Palestinian by 3 to 1. As for Palestinians killed in fighting with the Israelis 95% were men. Israeli side 40% women and girls and 80% non-combatants. That means that the Palestinians purposely sought to kill women and children and civilians. On the other hand Israeli soldiers fought against armed men who were attacking them. Hmmm source International Policy Institute for Counter-Terrorism, based on info from Palestinian sources.
Terrorism should not be associated with any religion or nationality, says the draft. It singles out a favored phrase of President Bush in declaring that member countries "totally reject the use of the term 'axis of evil' by a certain state to target other states under the pretext of combating terrorism."
Accept that every terrorist act has been committed by a Muslim.
A Cuban official said sarcastically on Tuesday that the U.S. could one day accuse the entire Nonaligned Movement of supporting terrorism.
Terrorist is as terrorist does. Thanks Forrest for teaching us this!
"Reading some news reports ... I'm left to believe that the axis of evil is growing," said Abelardo Moreno, Cuba's vice foreign minister. "Soon, the (axis of evil) will be made up of 118 countries."
Cuba says the U.S. is particularly hypocritical in the case of a former CIA operative and Castro foe wanted in Venezuela in the 1976 bombing of a Cuban jetliner from Caracas that killed 73 people.
On Monday, as the U.S. sought global support for its response to the Sept. 11 attacks five years ago, a federal magistrate in Texas said Luis Posada Carriles should be released while he waits to be deported anywhere but Cuba or Venezuela, where the U.S. fears he could be tortured.
The draft declaration condemns Israel's invasion of Lebanon, with no balancing comments about Hezbollah's missile attacks on Israel.
It also hails the Lebanese people's "heroic resistance to the Israeli aggression" and demands that Israel compensate the Lebanese government and people for the deaths, injuries and destruction the war caused.
Despite the recent spotlight on Lebanon, many representatives from nonaligned countries said much of the world's terrorist activity won't end until a solution is found for the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian territories.
Terrorism against Israel started in 1948 when the state was created. The P.L.O. [Palestinian LIBERATION Organization] was started in 1964. LIBERATION FROM WHO??? 1964 was two years before Israel was attacked by its neighbors Egypt and Jordan to which the West Bank and Gaza was ruled and "owned". The P.L.O. attacked Israel and terrorized Israel while the West Bank and Gaza were under Jordanian and Egyption rule and never went after the Jordanian or Egyption governments. Israel never wanted those territories to begin with.
"This issue is at the core of so many problems that it would help stop some terrorism if it were resolved," said Khalid A. al-Akwa, a Yemeni Foreign Ministry official.
If Israel and its neighbors respect each other's borders and recognize the right of both states to exist, Palestinian resistance groups could eventually disappear, he predicted.
I agree -- if Israel's neighbors would recognize it's borders and stop sending missle after missle across their borders. Oooops I forgot, they do not even recognize Israel exists or that they have the right to exist. See the map in one of the earliest posts in August taken from a Lebanese Website.
Many Arab officials say al-Qaida is in a different category, one representing true terrorists. Al-Akwa agreed.
"They target civilians, they lack the cause and the justification, they don't distinguish among anyone — they're even attacking us Muslims," he said. "And they have a different political agenda, to extend an Islamist system that doesn't really have anything to do with our religion."
So basically you can somehow justify terrorism...but they will only call it terrorism when they too are the targets.Hmmm

In Memorium, Doris Torres, Age 32 MURDERED 9/11/01
Dorris Torres, Age 32
Doris Torres, age 32.Place killed: World Trade Center. Resident of New York, N.Y. (USA).http://truthtellingbill.blogspot.com/2005/02/last-refuge-of-weak-minds-and-venom.htmlBill of truthtellingbill.blogspot.com has gathered bloggers from all over to pay tribute to each soul that lost their life on 9/11/01. Should we never forget those innocents.http://www.jamulian.com/db911/ http://www.dcroe.com/2996/?page_id=2Want to contribute to the online memorial? Click the links above for more information.
Doris S. Torres was soft-spoken, sweet, and very petite — about five feet tall. But "she had so much inner strength that she seemed to be like seven feet tall," said her sister, Mercedes.
On Sept. 11 and for a few days after, Ms. Torres made great use of that strength. She worked in foreign trade for Fiduciary Trust International, and left her office on the 97th floor of the south tower as soon as the first plane hit the north tower. She helped an emotional colleague down a few flights and returned to help others. Ms. Torres eventually made it out of the building, but she was severely burned. She was taken to St. Vincent's Manhattan Hospital, where she died on Sept. 16, her family said.
Ms. Torres, 32, was a private woman, but she kept her family close. She shared a house in the Bronx with her mother, Blanca Cruz-Aquino. "I miss her every day," Mrs. Cruz-Aquino said. "I continue to hear her steps every morning, coming down the steps to go to work.
"The eldest of four children raised in Brooklyn, Ms. Torres considered raising her son, Anthony Small, 15, her greatest accomplishment. "Her biggest passion and her biggest pride was her son," said Ms. Torres's sister, who is now his guardian. "They were very close.
"It is a pride that they now return, many times over. "She is my hero," said Mrs. Cruz-Aquino. "I have my hope that some day I'm going to hug her and give her a kiss. I know I will."

Misogynistic Root Causes
I had to hire a cab tonight and the driver was from India, a very polite middle-aged man. We started to talk about his wife. He, at first, seemed to be complaining that he has to do everything for her. I asked him why. He told me that he lived in New Jersey and that his wife doesn't have a driver's license so she calls him complaining that he isn't home yet and that she needs napkins and paper towels and she is waiting on him.
I thought this was silly. Everyone, whether they own a car or not, should know how to drive. You never know when you might need to get behind the wheel. And I say better to be safe than sorry. Should you never have to use this required skill, no harm no foul.
This is where he disagreed. And in his argument I realized that there is something strong here that is connected to all this hate against the U.S. and the West.
After much debate he finally gave up the real reason she doesn't drive and why he really doesn't want her to drive. "She depends on me and in my culture that shows a man's worth."
There were more misogynistic comments after that one but I won't digress.
And therein lies what I believe to be the source of hate. These men from these Eastern and mostly Muslim cultures are not taught to feel self-worth through their own actions and lives. Women are something to be acquired. And yes I was subjected to listening to how great it was that most Indian brides are VIRGINS. A prize for the men. All things revolve around them. Pleasing them. Everything is to make the man feel worthy. When he does not feel worthy, all hell breaks loose.
I believe this familial trait is strongly ingrained in the entire culture, all the way to the governments.
So you see folks, as long as the people of that world feel inferior, that is also as long as our country, the United States of America does well, these men will always feel unworthy and this breeds anger; Anger toward the West for not allowing them to be the "king".
Do they look to their own governments for blame for keeping them down? No they do not. It is always the evil West. America and Israel. In 57 years Israel took the worst geographic land in the entire Middle East and made it blossom. Their success is seen as a punch in the face to these men and the societies they live in. How dare another people do well and the fact that they did better makes them less.
As long as we live well, they will hate us. Their hate has nothing to do with our foreign policies. If that were the case, they would have to be enraged by the non-action of most of the world for the atrocities in the former Yugoslavia against Muslims or what is going on in Kashmir etc...But they are not angry about those things and they do not care that people are dying.
Their pride has been crushed and their own self-worth and their honor have been called into question.
Just something to think about folks.
Demonizing Only Israel and Forgetting about the Suffering of People of Other Lands
In Rawanda there was a genocide, A REAL GENOCIDE. In the former Yugoslavia the Serbs slaughtered Muslims. There is a Sudanese genocide going on right now being perpetrated by Muslims against non-muslims in that country.
Why is there no focus on these parts of the world, for these suffering people? Why is the world completely and soley focused only on what Israel does or does not do, which pales in comparrison to the atrocities being conducted by the above mentioned nations and people without any outcry by anyone in the world.
Is Israel without any faults? NO. No government is. But Israel is a democracy, ruled by laws and lawful people. They use the utmost restraint while living under the most horrendous conditions and have since the inception of the tiny state in 1948 when they were and continue to be attacked relentlessly.
If there were any true arguement about disproportionate force it would be the nonstop continuous offensive attacks against Israel by it's hostile neighbors for 57 years.
As Phyllis Chesler notes in her recent book, The New Anti-Semetism, the world ferociously condemns Israel for for what the Christian Phalangists did to Palestinians in Sabra and Shantila, Lebanon in 1982 but no one condemns or even speaks about how the UN in 1995 failed to protect 7,000 Muslim men in Sebrenica from being massacred by Bosnian Serbs. Those cities were under UN protection at that time.
The Serbs massacred thousands of Muslims and not once do you ever hear or heard any Muslim country or people rise up against the Serbs.
The only people who came to the aid of the Muslims living in Yugoslavia were NATO and AMERICA!!!
Come back now to 2006. We are fighting a war in Iraq. Many are crying foul and calling America the biggest threat. Is our government perfect? No. But I ask you are we worse than this?
1972-1980 Saddam Hussein expelled millions of Persians, forced 4,000 Kurds to move from north to south. He also exterminated thousands of them by gassing them.
No one has ever cried foul and insisted that he Persians who were born and raised in Iraq but were expelled receive a right of return or reparations. There have never been any Muslim initiated international conferences on any of these dastardly deeds.
In addition 850,000 Arab Jews have been forced to flee their homelands since the creation of Israel in 1948. Israel never forced these people into "refuge camps". Anyone that wanted was taken-in by the State of Israel, absorbed. No reparations were ever offered for the loss of the property left behind. So why should only the "Palestinians" receive reparations or a right of return? What makes them more special than Jews?
These so-called Palestinians left on their own. They were told by their Arab neighbors to flee so that they could come in and kill Jews and steal the land the world had just confirmed belonged to the Jewish people in 1948 and assured that all would be back in their homes shortly. The 850,000 Jews of Arab lands were forced to leave.
Not only are we obligated to speak the truth and facts about what has and is still being done to Israel by the press and the anti-semites of the world, we also must give the facts about the issues and genocide that IS actually happening in the world today, exposing bias and hatred against Jews by anyone that you hear demonizing Israel and Jews no matter who they are or where you are. If they really cared about the slaughter of innocents they would be focused on these current issues. Instead, they sit back while millions of innocent people, men, women and children are brutaly murdered...because they really don't care about genocide. They only care about Judenrein.
CAIR's Core Values exposed with FACTS
"The change at CAIR starts with a brand new identity that reflects our core values of being." These are the words found in the new flash presentation on the website of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
The presentation introduces a new look for CAIR. Gone is the boring blue logo, replaced by an equally boring emblem that now includes an Islamic pattern combining four crescents and stars. Regrettably, while the logo did receive a facelift, the organization is still the same CAIR - the same radical Islamist group that it was when it began more than twelve years ago.
Tomorrow night, September 8th, (tonight) CAIR will be sponsoring an event featuring the former President of Iran, Mohammad Khatami. Khatami, during the recent fighting in Lebanon, described Hezbollah as "a shining sun that illuminates and warms the hearts of all Muslims and supporters of freedom in the world." Indeed, no matter what CAIR says, the core is still well intact.
Part of CAIR's core is its co-founder and Executive Director, Nihad Awad. Awad started the group, along with two fellow representatives from the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), in June of 2004, just three months after Awad publicly proclaimed his support for Hamas.
Another part of CAIR's core is its National Spokesman, Ibrahim "Dougie" Hooper. In April of 1993, Hooper told the Minneapolis Star Tribune, "I wouldn't want to create the impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future." These quotations from CAIR's two main leaders represent an ideology that has driven the group to the front of the American Islamist community.
The fact that four of CAIR's former officials have been convicted in and/or deported from the United States, all found to have had ties with Hamas or al-Qaeda, is indicative of the "core values" that CAIR's flash presentation speaks of, and it is the reasoning behind the speaking invite of someone such as Mohammad Khatami.
Mohammed Khatami served as Iran's fifth President, from August of 1997 through August of 2005. Once thought of as a reformer, Khatami has embraced extremism on a number of occasions, most notably with respect to his views on the terrorist organization Hezbollah. Less than a month before leaving office, in July of 2005, he stated on Al-Arabiya TV (Dubai), "It is not in Lebanon's best interest to stop the resistance. We always support this idea. We believe that Hezbollah has an authentic Lebanese identity. We love Hezbollah. Hezbullah will remain and will keep its weapons." And as reported in the New York Times, during the recent fighting that took place in Lebanon, Khatami likened Hezbollah to "a shining sun that illuminates and warms the hearts of all Muslims and supporters of freedom in the world." Also according to the article, Khatami sent a hate-filled letter to Hezbollah's leader, Hassan Nasrallah, which stated, "Zionists' shocking atrocities in Palestine and Lebanon are a sign of their violent nature."
Khatami's visit to the U.S. has drawn the ire of many, including that of the Governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney. Concerning Khatami's invitation to speak at Harvard University on the eve of 9/11 (following the CAIR speech), Romney stated, "State taxpayers should not be providing special treatment to an individual who supports violent jihad and the destruction of Israel."
It is obvious that this is not of concern to CAIR, as the group is throwing out the red carpet for the so-called "reformist." According to CAIR's website, in addition to the speech, there will be "a private reception with President Khatami, including a photo opportunity."
The event is being held at the Marriott Crystal Gateway in Arlington, Virginia. This is the same venue that hosted CAIR's 11th Annual Banquet, in December of 2005. That affair featured Siraj Wahhaj, a former National Board member of CAIR, whose name appears on the U.S. Attorney's list of potential co-conspirators to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.
By bringing Mohammad Khatami, an extremist that supports terrorists, to speak at its event, CAIR has shown that its new image is nothing but a farce, and its new logo is little more than 'window dressing' to that farce. CAIR is no more of a reformer than its Iranian guest.
